RV Dealership has immediate need for an RV Service Technician.

Position is FULL TIME, 40 hours per week. Overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Qualified applicants will have an aptitude, working knowledge, and hands on experience in the following related to RVs and travel trailers (this list is not all-inclusive):

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Slide out systems
  • Heating/ AC Systems
  • Propane
  • Roof Repairs
  • Interior and exterior repairs (no fiberglass work)
  • Carpentry
  • PDI intake and delivery
  • Hitch/ AC/ Satellite/ Backup Camera Installation

 

Experience with Certifications as an RV Service Technician is preferred.

You will provide your own tools, meters, transportation, etc. We offer Mobile Service – you must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

  • Must be able to take direction and follow instructions.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have good customer service skills to communicate with our customers.
  • Must have basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekends as the workload requires.
  • Must be able to work year round in the Florida weather – the service bays are not climate controlled.

We have a 90 day probationary period.

We offer 1 week’s paid vacation after 1 year of service.

We offer 6 paid holidays per year, eligible after 90 day probation. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday, Christmas Day)

Salary: $25,000.00 to $38,000.00 /year

RV Dealership needs Experienced Warranty Clerk immediately!

Full time, 40 hours per week or Part-time 4 to 5 hours daily Monday through Friday.


Job Duties will include:

  • Will function as Warranty Clerk to process warranty claims through all stages
  • Liaise with Manufacturers and Warranty Companies – know their requirements, policies, & procedures to be able to expedite claim filing
  • Be familiar with the open warranty Repair Orders
  • Communicate with Parts/Service Managers, Service Writer, and Techs regarding status of warranty repairs, parts needed/ordered, photos, and any other pertinent information needed to file the claim.
  • File Warranty Claims with manufacturers. Collect, compile, and submit information for warranty claims and warranty pre-authorizations. This includes forms, signatures, photos, defective parts, and accurate descriptions of the complaint, cause & correction
  • Warranty Payments – Follow up with Manufacturers & Parts Vendors Regarding Slow Payments
  • Record Keeping/ Scanning/ Filing * Maintain held parts for warranty returns, return parts as necessary, keep warranty parts bin updated and neat
  • Must be able to follow directions/instructions.



Job Requirements:

  • The Successful candidate will have prior experience filing warranty claims.
  • Must have strong verbal/written skills.
  • Must have intermediate computer and office equipment skills.
  • Experience with Systems 2000 software preferred.


Must be able to sit for long periods, stand, stoop, reach, lift & carry up to 75 pounds.

Full Time employees earn 1 week of vacation after 1 year of service and are eligible for holiday pay after their 90 day probationary period for the 6 paid holidays we observe:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday, Christmas Day.
